Topsoil Calculator
Estimate topsoil in cubic yards and tons for any project.
How does the topsoil calculator work?
Topsoil is sold by the cubic yard. Compute volume the same way as gravel: length × width × depth (in feet), then divide by 27.
Formula: yd³ = (L × W × D/12) ÷ 27
